Gas Safe Engineers
Milan Group employs only gas safe registered engineers that carry current Gas Safe register ID cards. Our Gas Safe registered engineers are professionals and will be happy to show their ID card to you and all gas works will be accompanied by a "Gas Safe" safety certificate.

Milan Group only employs fully qualified NICEIC registered electricians.
Safety and competence
Contractors registered by NICEIC are assessed on a regular basis to ensure that they are competent and capable of meeting the relevant technical and safety standards, codes of practice and rules of the Schemes they are registered to. Each NICEIC scheme has a defined set of competence criteria that contractors must meet to achieve and maintain registration.
Compliance with building regulations
Electricians registered to NICEIC building regulations schemes are authorised to self-certify their work without hindrance from Local Authority Building Control. This saves you both time and money when undertaking work that requires notification under the Building Regulations.
NICEIC registered electrician gives you the customer the assurance of knowing that our work is covered by an insurance backed warranty. It's intended purpose is to undertake any remedial work should any part of an installation carried out by an NICEIC registered Electrician be found out of compliance with current building regulations.
