Our experience helps us to deliver exactly what you want, on time, on budget and exactly how you expected it to be completed

Our specialist Loft Conversion teams capable of undertaking even the most challenging of Loft Conversions and roof extension projects including:

Dormer Loft
This option is where the existing loft space is of insufficient size for the proposed conversion, it creates additional headroom for the staircase and new room or rooms contemplated. If an additional bathroom is proposed along with the rooms the increased height created by the Dormer provides additional height above the fittings. This one is found most popular in London, as well as feasible.

Rooflight/Velux™ Loft
This option is generally adequate for those contemplating the smaller loft conversion, generally for a single bedroom; study etc, where adequate height is available within the existing loft space. Rooflights can then be installed with a minimum of disruption. London loft conversions should always include some form of natural light from above.

Mansard Loft
The mansard is particularly well suited to renovation work on pitched roof houses because the upper story can be enlarged without adding extra height to the structure. The low downward slope of the mansard roof line acts visually to reduce the scale of a building and helps to eliminate a boxy appearance. This type of conversion was the preferred design a number of years ago, and would most likely be the preferred option from a planning perspective in sensitive areas.

What ever your needs.....a bedroom to accommodate growing family, an office to work from home or a games room to shut off the rigours at the weekend, Loft Conversions offer limitless possibilities to enhance your lifestyle and invest in your property.
