Milan Builders is currently redeveloping this four story terraced house located in Kemptown, Brighton & Hove that had sustained significant fire damage. No part of the property was left untouched. The fire had caused a great deal of damage to every aspect of this house including electric / gas supply, walls, floors, joist work, ceilings and the roof. The building had been rendered uninhabitable and had been abandoned for over three years. The building was not structurally sound and urgently needed works to be completed to avoid being condemned.
Milan Builders were contacted by the landlord of this now derelict building and our tender successfully accepted for restoration and building works required.
