How do I know if I need planning permission and how to I go about getting it from my local council?
Most properties are granted between 50m3 - 70m3 permitted development rights which allow you to build your loft conversion without planning permission. Milan Group will be able to tell you whether you need planning permission and if you do, leave it to us - it is all part of our service.
