This property located in Cromwell Road, Hove was previously a school for students studying short English immersion courses. The property had since been leased to SuperSaurus, a childrens' nursery.

The property had seen extensive use over the years and had fallen into a state of disrepair. Milan Builders was contacted by the owners and asked to tender a bid for its refurbishment as result of previous work on behalf of an existing client.

Milan Builders strong relationship management combined with our competitive quote secured the contract to completely refurbish both the interior and exterior of this property.

Milan Builders supplied and fitted a new central heating system. The electrics in the property did not comply with current regulations therefore it was necessary to completely rewire the entire property in line with modern standards. Some major alternations to the steelwork were completed, a number of problems with the roof were corrected, the property was completely damp proofed and the interior of the property was redecorated to give an attractive fresh appearance including complete re-plastering and colourful child friendly paint, new carpets, newly fitted bathrooms and a new kitchen.
